What is it?

Get Running coaches you through three workouts a week for nine weeks. The goal is to get you running for 30 minutes straight by the end. You’ll start week one by alternating between jogging for 60 seconds and walking for 90 seconds. Over the course of the program you’ll increase your run time until you’re able to jog for three miles, or 30 minutes. This app is great for new runners, or for anyone who thinks they don’t have the strength or motivation to run. The app provides coaching, encouragement, a running plan, and the ability to share your progress on social media. You can also log your achievements, customize your plan to your schedule, and work out with music.
